I am torn between doing one of these or just bouncing around different bars throughout the city as the day goes on (glascotts/delilahs around Lincoln park, pop around old town or Wrigleyville to check out the scene). St Patrick’s Day proper is Sunday. The downtown parade and river dying are Saturday, as is Metro’s The Tossers show. Sunday has the NW Side and South Side parades.
